SFgive.com Russ Noland Memorial Golf Tournament Participant & Sponsor Policy:
There are no refunds of registration fees. A registrant unable to participate may freely substitute another golfer. There are no refunds in the event of cancellation due to weather. In the event of a weather cancellation, prior to or during the event, the sole compensation shall be provided pursuant to the “rain check” policy of the Firewheel golf course.
Sponsorship packages may not be canceled and no refund will issue. A sponsor who does not participate may have their purchase treated as a donation or may transfer sponsorship to another on or before March 31, 2010.
Players and Sponsors making payment on this website may have their registration or sponsor payment reversed and participation canceled by SFgive.com acting to comply with credit card industry rules, ACH industry rules, PayPal terms of service, or request of regulatory authority.
